799pak Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "799pak", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 799pak platform, accessible at https://799pak.ws, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the 799pak website, all associated web pages, games, sportsbook, account management features, and any related services made available through https://799pak.ws.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 799pak Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created upon successful completion of the 799pak registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their 799pak Account using an approved payment method, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked on eligible games or markets before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process 799pak is required to conduct under its licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which 799pak Accounts are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted under 799pak's licensing terms or applicable law.

By accessing the 799pak Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 799pak Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific supplementary rules that may apply.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 799pak with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

These Terms are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register for and use a 799pak Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 799pak does not permit individuals under 21 to register or participate in any real-money activity on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Platform from within, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise or third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 799pak Platform or had an Account closed by 799pak for a violation of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

799pak reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason. Registration does not become effective until confirmed by 799pak in writing or by granting access to the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 799pak login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.

You must notify 799pak immediately via the live chat support function if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 799pak accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on your Account remain accurate and up to date. You may update your contact details by contacting 799pak's support team. Changes to your registered name or date of birth require documentary evidence and are subject to KYC re-verification.

KYC Verification: 799pak is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide any or all of the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching the registered mobile number).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, as reasonably requested by the 799pak compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and, in certain circumstances, Account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

799pak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. 799pak does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed on the Platform's Cashier page at the time of the transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply per transaction and per payment method. Current thresholds are displayed in the Cashier section of your 799pak Account and may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to verify current limits before initiating a transaction.

799pak does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges. 799pak accepts no responsibility for third-party transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable security review. 799pak reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been identified.

All funds deposited into a 799pak Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned to their source, less any applicable processing costs.

799pak may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonus offers are available to players who have successfully completed KYC verification, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Balances are credited separately from Real Money Balances. Wagering is typically applied to Bonus Balances first, unless the specific promotion terms specify a different order.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Balances and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Minimum odds and eligible game restrictions apply to all bonus wagering. Stakes placed on excluded games or markets at odds below the minimum threshold will not count towards the Wagering Requirement.
• 799pak reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has begun wagering, any Bonus Balance already credited will remain available for the duration of the original promotional period.

The 799pak sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, international football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published in the Rules section of the 799pak sportsbook.

A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by 799pak's system and a bet confirmation reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical error or system failure during bet placement, 799pak's records shall be the final determinant of whether a bet was successfully placed.

• 799pak reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on markets where unusual activity has been detected.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 799pak's settlement rules for the relevant sport shall apply. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (even money).
• Live in-play odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled.
• Errors in published odds (palpable errors) may be corrected by 799pak at any time before settlement. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided or re-settled at the correct odds at 799pak's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per sport. Current limits are displayed in the 799pak sportsbook rules documentation and may be updated periodically.

799pak's casino lobby includes slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, teen patti), and other electronic casino games provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. All casino games on the Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to confirm the fairness and unpredictability of game outcomes.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-run averages based on independent audit data. Individual player results over any given session may differ materially from the stated RTP. 799pak does not guarantee any particular outcome or return for any game or session.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface before play commences.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game outcome will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant game. 799pak's server-side game records are the authoritative record of all game outcomes.
• Game malfunctions, including software bugs, display errors, or connectivity issues that affect the outcome of a game round, will be investigated by 799pak. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have affected a game outcome, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each live game variant, which are displayed within the live game lobby.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 799pak Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform function to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner that contravenes the spirit or specific terms of those offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP address obfuscation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 799pak Platform — including but not limited to the 799pak name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and all other content — are owned by or licensed to 799pak. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of 799pak beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes as expressly permitted by these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 799pak Platform without prior written authorisation from 799pak. Unauthorised use of 799pak intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law.

799pak collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 799pak Account and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

799pak may be required to share player data with its licensing authority, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement agencies in fulfilment of its regulatory and legal obligations. Such disclosures are not a breach of the Privacy Policy and do not require your prior consent where required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of personal data held by 799pak, subject to limitations arising from 799pak's regulatory retention obligations. Requests should be submitted through the live chat support function or to the support email address published on the Platform.

799pak is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. 799pak employs age verification controls during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

799pak provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account from real-money play for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 799pak's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or betting activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

799pak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 799pak has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The 799pak Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 799pak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service interruptions may affect Platform availability. 799pak will use reasonable endeavours to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

You may close your 799pak Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of any pending Bonus Balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security review.

799pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 799pak reasonably suspects you have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with your Account or the Platform.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Your continued use of the Platform would cause 799pak to breach its regulatory obligations or expose 799pak to legal or reputational risk.
• You have applied for self-exclusion under Section 12 of these Terms.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 799pak reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any Real Money Balance in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach, any legitimate Real Money Balance will be returned to you.

799pak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — 799pak will notify registered players via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered address, giving reasonable advance notice of the change.

Where changes are non-material (for example, corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision), 799pak may update the Terms without advance notice. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and displays the effective date at the top.

Your continued use of the 799pak Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
